The Paper Klip
The Page Klip is a sustainable, durable and versatile page marker. It solves the issue of being able to direct the reader's attention exactly to the place on the page where the information he/she has previously marked as important, is located. By clipping onto the long side of the page, a reader is able to place the pointed marker exactly in the line with the text he/she is interested in referencing. It can also be easily removed and placed elsewhere, as needed, an infinite number of times. By color coding the Klips, the reader is able to create a visually identifiable hierarchy or categorization of the information he she has selected for further review, which can be seen even when the book is closed. By either using a written key or an "app supported" log, a reader can self identify, describe and create a cataloging system that fits the parameters of their research methods. e.g. all yellow Klips denote a primary source text and all red Klips denote text the support a specific argument, etc..
